Join us for our 6th Link to Hope Challenge Trip for a stunning Kayaking Challenge in Romania in June 2018. NB Accommodation mentioned in the itinerary is subject to change.

FOOD/MEALS
Meals in Eastern Europe are generally wholesome and have a ‘home-made’ character to them. Meat is popular and there are plenty of fresh ingredients, staples being potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The meals tend to be hearty and will serve as great fuel for kayaking. We will aim to provide three meals a day. Please let us know about any special dietary requirements.

FITNESS
On this Kayaking Challenge you need to be in general good health and moderately fit. Kayaking is a strenuous activity and we recommend that for two to three months prior to departure you should try to exercise most days for 30-45 minutes of aerobic type activity.
