BUY TICKET

What? – Link to Hope is organising an amazing off road cycle challenge from Shoreham to Guildford (West Sussex) – and for those hardened cyclists amongst you – back again. This is one day challenge that will either see you finish in Guildford having completed an amazing 37 miles (60km) or go for the super challenge of cycling back to Shoreham a total of 74 miles (120km).

Where? – Cycling from Shoreham-by-Sea to St Martha’s Hill in Guildford (and if you want) cycling back again to Shoreham-by-Sea. It is a fairly flat off road path with great views of the Low Weald countryside.

You start at Shoreham-by-Sea running along the River Adur. The next stage takes you through Bramber with its ruined castle and then onto Henfield. Then onto the delightful Southwater Country Park and the path continues to Rudgwick. Along the Wey and Arun Canal before heading North to Cranleigh. Then heading up to St Martha’s Hill with terrific views of the Surrey Countryside. And then back again.

When? – Saturday 7th September 2019 starting at 9am

Who? – Everyone is invited to join in. You just need to be fit and able enough to do the route you have chosen – either one way or both ways. We would also suggest that you need a mountain bike or similar.

Why?– To raise money for our educational projects in Eastern Europe. This is a sponsored challenge so we are asking people to register for £25 to show their commitment (this is non returnable). Cyclists are then asked to raised a minimum sponsorship of £150 one way and £250 for two ways.  100% of monies raised will go towards supporting our educational projects in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria and the Ukraine.

Register now to join in or if you would like more information please contact us on 01903 529333 or info@linktohope.co.uk.  A full pack of information will be sent you after you have registered.  The challenge includes full support, breakdown help, professional lead and back cyclists, all refreshments, goody bag and a medal on completion of the challenge.  Full support will also be given to help you with your fundraising.
