Charity Furniture & House Clearance
House & Flat Clearance Service – Simple & Transparent
If you need a reliable house or flat clearance service, please get in touch and we’ll arrange a visit from our experienced furniture team. During the visit, we’ll assess the items you wish to clear. Saleable furniture and household goods will be removed free of charge, while any non-saleable items can be cleared for an agreed price, either individually or in bulk. We pride ourselves on full transparency, so you’ll always know the cost upfront with no hidden charges.
We operate a simple three-step furniture donation process (see above). While we are always grateful for donations, we must carefully limit the items we collect to reduce unnecessary landfill and manage costs responsibly. Clearing unsaleable items requires significant charity resources which is why we make a charge for the time, labour, and fuel it takes to remove unsaleable items. Please don’t be offended if we’re unable to accept certain items — this often reflects current shop demand rather than the quality of your donation.
