From Shoeboxes to Changed Lives Talk – Ferring
Join us for an inspiring evening of food, friendship and real-life stories from Moldova.
Hear from Slavic, Link to Hope’s Project Manager in Moldova, as he shares stories of how a simple shoebox can open the door to life-changing support for children, families and older people through community projects, practical care and the love of local churches.
You’ll discover the lasting impact of the Shoebox Appeal, learn more about the work taking place in Dancu, Moldova, and find out how you can make a difference. Your £10 ticket includes a meal, with opportunities during the evening to take part in the raffle and support the work financially if you wish. Slavic is a warm and humorous speaker who will draw you in with his compassion and insights of his experience of living and working with the marginalised in Moldova.
